Accepted Payment Methods

• ACH bank transfer or wire transfer, available for bulk/multi-unit orders — contact us to arrange

When You're Charged

Full payment is required before an order is dispatched for delivery, unless a deposit arrangement has been agreed in writing for bulk orders. A deposit does not guarantee a specific unit or delivery date until paid in full.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. See our Sales Tax Policy for details.

Currency

All prices are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD).

Payment Security

Card payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. KPN LLC does not store full card numbers on its own servers.

Declined or Failed Payments

If a payment is declined, your order will not be processed until a successful payment is made. Please contact your card issuer or try an alternate payment method.

Invoicing for Bulk Orders

Business and bulk buyers may request an invoice for wire or ACH payment. Contact us with your order details to arrange invoicing terms.
