The 10 ft accommodation container is an insulated modified shipping container designed for use as temporary housing or worker shelter. The unit includes air vents, high handles, a lock box, and forklift pockets. Flooring is available in wood or steel. This container is suitable for offshore accommodation, construction sites, and other work locations.

The 10 ft DNV 2.7-1 half height open top container is designed for offshore use. The half height construction provides a lower profile than standard containers. The unit has no steel roof, allowing loading and unloading of bulk materials from above. The container includes a single swing steel door and is stackable. Certified slings are available separately.

The unit includes an anti-vandal window, a steel door, melamine-lined and insulated interior walls, vinyl flooring, and an electrical package with sockets, a heater, a strip light, and a consumer unit with external hook-up. The exterior is finished in black RAL standard paint.
