The 30 ft cut down shipping container is constructed from steel and has been cut down from a standard size to 30 ft. The container includes double doors, fabricated rear panels and corner posts, a fitted lockbox, and is prepared and re-sprayed inside and out. The flooring is 28mm marine plywood.

The 30 ft office container is a modified shipping container designed for use as a workspace. The unit includes three anti-vandal windows, one steel door, melamine-lined and insulated interior walls, vinyl flooring, and an electrical package with sockets, a heater, strip lights, and a consumer unit with external hook-up. The exterior is finished in grey RAL standard paint.

The 30 ft shipping container is constructed from Corten steel. The container includes exterior hinged double doors at the end, two locking bars on each door, two forklift pockets on each side, a wooden floor on steel cross members, four or eight vents depending on the model, four top opening lids, and a front tipping hatch. Two-door or three-door configurations are available. Some models have fiberglass floors.
